By using Apply, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Apply is an app that helps with career preparation through CV analysis, job matching and interview preparation.
The service provides AI-generated suggestions; it doesn’t guarantee job placement or hiring.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for the security of the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
You can close your account at any time via Profile → Privacy and data → Delete account and data.

Only upload content that belongs to you or that you have the right to share (e.g. your own CV).
Don’t upload other people’s personal data without their permission.
You keep ownership of your content; Apply processes it only to provide the service to you.

Scores, assessments and sample answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
Scores are not a hiring decision, an ATS result or a likelihood of being hired.
Use your own judgment when applying suggestions; don’t add experience to your CV that you don’t actually have.

You get 25 free credits when you sign up. Each action uses credits: CV analysis 10, job match 10, interview 5 (5 questions) or 15 (15 questions) credits.
The contents and price of each credit pack are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is collected through the App Store and is subject to the App Store terms; refund requests are handled by Apple. Purchased credits never expire.
Credits are only used once an action is complete; failed actions don’t use credits.

Postings come from third-party sources; the publisher is responsible for their accuracy and timeliness.
Apply doesn’t apply to jobs on your behalf. External sites are governed by their own terms.

Abusing the service, sending excessive requests with automated tools or trying to bypass security measures is prohibited.
Uploading content containing instructions intended to mislead the AI is prohibited.
Violating these terms may result in your account being suspended or closed.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Apply is not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made based on AI outputs.
